Cupcake:

100g unsalted butter

185g caster sugar

1tsp vanilla

2 eggs

200g self-raising flour

1/2 cup milk

1 - 160C fan forced oven

2 - beat butter, sugar & vanilla, add eggs one at a time until just combined. add flour & milk in alternate batches and stir with a wooden spoon

3 - bake 15 -20 mins

Icing:

100g unsalted butter

3 cups of icing sugar

1/4 cup milk

(or as pictured below - just nutella spread, hazelnuts and chocolate!)

1 - beat until perfect!
